Flagler Palm Coast Kiwanis Celebrates Excellence in Student Athletics and Leadership
The Flagler Palm Coast Kiwanis Club proudly partnered with Matanzas High School Athletic Director, Jordan Butler, to honor two exceptional student-athletes as this week’s Kiwanis Athletes of the Week–Rilee Whitmore and Jordan Mills.
This meaningful recognition goes far beyond athletic performance. The Kiwanis Athlete of the Week program celebrates young individuals who embody the true spirit of excellence through a powerful combination of academic achievement, leadership, community service, strong character, and athletic dedication. These students represent the very best of what our local schools and community strive to cultivate.
In recognition of their outstanding accomplishments, each scholar-athlete was presented with a custom embroidered gym bag along with a pair of embossed “Blues Brothers” sunglasses, symbolizing both achievement and pride. These tokens serve as a reminder of their commitment, discipline, and the positive example they set for their peers.
The Flagler Palm Coast Kiwanis Club remains deeply committed to supporting youth development, promoting education, and encouraging leadership among students throughout our community.
